Community Impact Award Honoree: LISC NJ

Since 1986, LISC New Jersey has collaborated with community based organizations to improve the quality of life for residents and shopkeepers. With support from our affiliates, we have invested more than $386 million dollars in New Jersey and have contributed to the production of more than 2,600 affordable homes and apartments and more than 820,000 square feet of commercial space.

In collaboration with local leaders such as the Urban League of Essex County, LISC supports Financial Opportunity Centers and workforce development initiatives—expanding access to career pathways, financial coaching, and economic resilience for residents in Greater Newark and beyond.

With its strong focus on economic development, affordable housing, health equity, leadership, and place-based investment, LISC NJ is committed to building stronger neighborhoods through meaningful partnerships and inclusive opportunity for all.

We are proud to honor LISC NJ as our 2025 Gala Honoree, recipient of the prestigious Community Impact Award.
