She has worked with countless celebrities, such as Alec Baldwin, Busta Ryhmes, and Snoop Dogg.  She has been featured on ABC, VH1, BET, MTV, ESSENCE Magazine and the Dr. Oz Show.

Alexandra is also the founder of Act Like A Lady, Think Like A Boss, an international, award-winning, women's empowerment organization.

The Urban League of Essex County is an organization of talented professionals, caring volunteers, and engaged trustees dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged residents throughout Essex County, New Jersey.

We believe in THE dream - that everyone should have an equal opportunity to achieve success and prosperity through hard work, determination, and initiative.

Since our founding in 1917, our mission to help African Americans and disadvantaged residents achieve social and economic self sufficiency has supported that ideal.  We offer relevant programs and services in education, employment, housing and economic development that empower communities and change lives.

Through the generous support of our funders, partners, members and volunteers, The League has touched the lives of thousands of individuals and families – putting them on the path to better opportunities, financial stability, home ownership and their own dream.
